Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states and Washington, D.C.
Shipping cost
- Free standard shipping on orders of $60 or more, which includes any order of 2 or more tools.
- $4.95 standard shipping on orders under $60.
The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
- Processing: orders ship within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Delivery: after shipping, orders usually arrive in 7–14 business days.
So most orders arrive about 2–3 weeks after you place them. Delivery times are estimates and can run longer during holidays or bad weather.
If we can't ship your order within the time stated, we'll email you with a new estimated date and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show its first update.
Taxes and duties
Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout. There are no extra fees to pay when your order is delivered.
Address problems
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll update it if the order hasn't shipped yet. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reship it once you confirm the address. The cost of reshipping is paid by the customer.
Damaged, wrong or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or it doesn't arrive, we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
